I'm Daniel, the heart (and hands!) behind the kitchen. Baking and cooking has always been in my DNA. My parents and grandparents owned bakeries and food establishments way before I was born.

Growing up, I was surrounded by the warmth of the kitchen, the blazing fire of the ovens, the joy of soft buns fresh from the tray, the amazing smells wafting throughout, filling the air.

When I moved to the UK, I missed the taste of home - the food, the bread, the cakes, most importantly, the comfort of Filipino flavours. That's when Daniel's Kitchen was born; to share the food I grew up loving with the community here.

Today, you'll find a mix of Filipino favourites offered by Daniel's Kitchen. From classic dishes, traditional breads and desserts, to cakes, cookies, and brownies. Every dish is made with care and a lot of heart.
